Beached romance: Remember the video that went viral last summer of a well connected Portuguese Merrill Lynch private banker having sex with his famous model girlfriend Daniella Cicarelli on a Spanish public beach? We noticed that Brazilian publication Viva is reporting that they are no longer together. Here’s a not-so-perfect translation from the article’s original Portuguese:
Remember when the news broke last fall that Tato Malzoni, a Brazilian Merrill Lynch private banker, was caught on film doing the nasty on a public beach in Spain with Brazilian MTV personality Daniella Cicarelli? Well the drama continues: since YouTube hasn’t successfully removed the virally spread video sensation from its network, a Brazilian court has ordered the service shut down, although it might be hard to enforce in the U.S:.
Cicarelli and boyfriend Tato Malzoni filed to force YouTube to take the video down and demanded $116,000 in damages for each day the video remains up. Some copies of the video have been taken off the site but users have reposted it….
The case dragged on for several months before they filed a third suit in December requesting that YouTube be shut down as long as the video is available to users.
The court honoured that request on Wednesday, but legal experts say the ruling by the Brazilian court could be difficult to enforce in the United States, where YouTube is based.

Is that a giant eggplant in your Sunga, or are you just happy to see me?: After his performance in the Daniella Cicarelli sex-on-the-beach video filmed by a paparazzi in Spain, Merrill Lynch Private Banker Tato Malzoni apparently now has a big gay following in Brazil. According to Brazilan press, G Magazine, that caters to gays, wants him to pose naked. And his endowments are being likened to having a giant eggplant in his Sunga (a Brazilian bathing suit brand, pictured below); some are apparently calling him "Eggpant Man".
Brazilian trading desks have been all abuzz for weeks over a steamy sex-on-a-public-beach video taken by a paparazzi in Spain starring Brazilian model and MTV personality Daniella Cicarelli and a Brazilian private banker from Merril Lynch by the name of Renato Malzoni Filho, aka "Tato". That’s Tato and Daniella kissy face (and elsewhere) on the beach, at left.
“This has become a sensation, and it’s much more exciting than the election,” Boechat said. “In Brazil, people find it hard to resist anything with a rich, handsome young man and a gorgeous young woman.”
The video, shot by a paparazzo, appears in many versions, including some with soundtracks or subtitles. It begins with the couple kissing on a beach in the resort town of Tarifa on Spain’s southern coast, then slowly moving away from sunbathers and surfers toward a more secluded spot. There the couple — he in a green, tight Speedo-style swimming brief and she in a string bikini — stand by the water’s edge and engage in a range of sexual acts as they enter the ocean.
So who is this hunky Latin Merrill Lynch stud? We poked around over the weekend and he’s all over the Brazilian press, 
and was known — even before the Cicarelli video emerged — as one of the most eligible bachelors in Brazil. He’s 33 years old, and is part of an extremely wealthy and politically well connected Sao Paolo family with interests in shopping centers and construction. His mother is a well known and eternally youthful looking socialite by the name of Ruth Malzoni. Tato is something of a man about town, having dated models before. His most recent conquest prior to the comely Ms. Cicarelli was Leticia Birkheuer, one of the Victoria Secret models who now is seen in a Brazilian Soap opera.
Malzoni is said to be very camera shy and runs from the the press (pretty funny in view of his not so discreet behavior as seen in the sex-on-the-beach video). But even so there are tons of pictures of him. He was photographed with Cicarelli at yet another beach in July when they vacationed in Mykonos to celebrate his 33rd birthday. He was photographed on an Ipanema beach and elsewhere with Leticia Birkheuer. And there are lots of pictures with a prior squeeze, Chris Barros. He was highlighted in April by Brazilian publication "veja Sao Paolo" as being one of the 20 most eligible bachelors in the city.
His family is reported to be pretty upset that the video is making the rounds.
