Homosexual house manager William Gamble’s suit charges that he was subjected to unwanted advances from pet pig-owning Lisa Maria Falcone, who is married to the man listed as No. 296 on the 2009 Forbes list of the world’s richest people.
Gamble, 47, worked less than two months for Harbinger Capital Partners founder Philip Falcone and his wife in 2008. He contends that was enough time for the revved-up lady of the house to use anti-gay slurs and drunkenly grab his crotch during a St. Barts vacation.
“She touched me, and I drew back and away from her,” Gamble told the Daily News Thursday, adding that she then said he needed a “good f—” to turn him straight.”….
JP Morgan has suspended an analyst amid accusations that he deceitfully gained access to a meeting Asda held with suppliers.Rickin Thakrar, a food retail analyst at the investment bank, wrote an explosive 14-page research note with information gained from a suppliers meeting held last week, despite having allegedly been struck off from the delegate list by the organisers.In his note Mr Thakrar wrote: “On Thursday, we attended the Asda IGD trade briefing.” People close to the situation are examining whether Mr Thakrar sent a junior colleague after IGD, the food industry researcher that organised the event, banned him from attending the supplier-only meeting.
Former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker advocated gradually raising the retirement age to reduce the stress on the Social Security system from the retiring Baby Boom demographic bulge.Volcker, 82, now an economic adviser to President Barack Obama, said the Social Security program should “raise the retirement age by maybe a year or so” in an interview with Bloomberg Television to air on “In Business With Margaret Brennan” at 10 a.m. New York time today.He said an increase in the retirement age should be “very gradually implemented” with a phase-in period “strung out over 15 or 20 years.” The full retirement age is now 67 for those born in 1960 or later, according to the Social Security Administration…..

In the all-out war between L.A. money manager TCW Group Inc. and its former chief investment officer, Jeffrey Gundlach, one battle will be decided Friday.That’s when more than 200 big investors in two TCW bond funds will choose between keeping their money with the firm or exiting.TCW naturally wants to hold on to the $3 billion in the funds. Gundlach, meanwhile, has made a full-court press to persuade the investors, including a number of large pension funds, to dump TCW and bring their money to his new firm, DoubleLine Capital….
