S.E.C. Likely to Charge More People in Galleon Case – NY Times

Prosecutors indicated Wednesday they intend to bring charges against additional defendants in the wide-ranging insider-trading case against Raj Rajaratnam, the billionaire founder of the Galleon Group, and five others.

“There is a real possibility that we will be adding additional parties,” Valerie Ann Szczepanik, a lawyer for the Securities and Exchange Commission, said at a Manhattan court hearing in the civil case…..
