In a CNBC discussion on bonus compensation which segued into comments on how the Treasury can't dig up a body to fill the #2 position (because it doesn't pay much and because of the vetting process), Donny Deutsch offered up his services to Uncle Sam for $1 a year.
But would he pass the vetting process? "Absolutely not" he said, laughing hysterically.
