That's Bernie Madoff above, as he entered court this morning, for what could be his final big perp walk on the outside, assuming he doesn't somehow get out on bail. Only the first few seconds of the clip are Bernie, the rest is CNBC babble.
That's got to be relief for his co-op neighbors who have been beseiged by paparazzi waiting for a glimpse of the scammer. That relief could be short lived, if as we expect, the focus moves to Ruth. We still think that she and the kids are in it up to their eyeballs. BUt that's just our opinion.
According to CNBC, Bernie is in court and has pleaded guilty to all charges.
