For days and days CNBC watchers have been bombarded with teasers on an in depth tv expose on the bizarre /salacious life and death of hedge fund manager Seth Tobias. The show finally airs tonight at 9PM Eastern time. And again at midnight. (And no doubt will air over and over and over after that if you don’t catch it / Tivo it in one of the first showings)

I was really dissapointted that CNBC didn’t go in to more of the facts. The M.E. said it was murder but he needed to talk to Filomena and she has refused to talk to anyone. How could Bill Ash know Seth ate pasta, did coke, drank 8 glasses of wine and that Filomena put more than 25 crushed ambien in his food unless she told him? The crushed ambien was pulled from her personnel safe. Seth was long dead accourding to the time of death before Fil called her friend saying he’s acting weird. The facts point towards murder. In this time of war we want to believe our police. It sure looks like not a lot of work went in this direction. The facts are very strange and point to something happened. I feel bad for Seth’s family.
