From the nutrition information on their website, most of their items don’t have much in the way of trans fats to start with. We took a look at their menu. Beverages have virtually no trans fats. Food items vary by store but most of those items also seem to have no trans fats. (We counted 14 items of nearly 60 with any trans fats at all.) The biggest offender on the menu we looked at was the Chocolate Croissant with 6 grams of trans fat; the Almond Toffee Bar with 3.5 grams ranked number two. In comparison, McDonald’s fries have 3.5, 5 and 8 grams of trans fats for their small, medium and large fries – and virtually everything on their menu contains them.
