No he’s not gonna suck her toes like her last financial adviser did: We noted a report in a UK publication two days ago that there’s a new man in Fergie’s life — Guggenheim Capital financier J. Todd Morley. A friend was quoted in the article as saying that it’s strictly platonic. So are some people perhaps doubting that? Maybe. Fergie’s publicist, Howard Rubenstein, is found repeating that line to Page Six explaining "This is strictly business, strictly professional. [Morley is] happily married and has three kids. She’s spent time with his whole family. It’s also absolutely normal for them to have been appearing in public for a drink or a sandwich or coffee."

SARAH Ferguson was infamously caught topless and having her toes sucked by her last American financial adviser – but her handlers are swearing up and down that the same thing is not going to happen with her handsome new Wall Street money man.
The Duchess of York is being advised by dashing financier J. Todd Morley, a married father of three who’s raised millions for her new business ventures. They have been spotted dining in Manhattan and hanging out in Southampton, where Morley has a vacation home, and their families have even vacationed together on the French Riviera.
Ferguson is known for getting close to her financial whizzes – in 1992, she was photographed in the South of France with her foot in the mouth of Texas millionaire Johnny Bryan. But Fergie and Morley’s spokesman, Howard Rubenstein, told Page Six: "This is strictly business, strictly professional. [Morley is] happily married and has three kids. She’s spent time with his whole family. It’s also absolutely normal for them to have been appearing in public for a drink or a sandwich or coffee."
One acquaintance of Ferguson tells journalist Sharon Churcher that Morley is putting up $5 million for projects, including a proposed kiddie TV show and several books as well as handling her fortune.
Morley is a founding member of the asset management company Guggenheim Capital. And like Ferguson, who is divorced from Prince Andrew, he has a checkered marital background.
His first marriage to investment specialist Kimberly Steel ended in 1989 after just two years. In 1999, he wed current wife Dorrit Thomas, a former fashion-marketing director at Allure magazine and the daughter of former New York Observer columnist Michael Thomas.
The second ceremony was the subject of a glowing New York Times feature which revealed that Morley was a one-time party boy whose habits die hard.
"He is the kind of guy where, if you stay at his house, you better be prepared to hear Mick Jagger at four in the morning," one friend told the paper.
